Patricia Fernandez
Executive Director
Executive Director Patricia Fernandez brings more than 25 years of experience in multi-family apartment management. Most recently she served as Community Manager and opened several new construction luxury apartments communities in Corpus Christi, Texas, and Victoria, Texas.
Outside of working hours, Patricia enjoys the beach, traveling, concerts, and watching the Dallas Cowboys. She resides in Port Lavaca, Texas.
She takes great pride in knowing and engaging our residents, and in her current role, aims to be a bright and positive presence in our community, all while delivering recreational and social experiences that have a meaningful impact in residents’ lives.
